End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the VIP Creative Studio desktop application (the "Software"), provided by Vivid Innovative Productions LLC. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License grant

Subject to an active subscription or entitlement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for the editors your plan unlocks, for your own creative work.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the Software.
• You may not circumvent or tamper with licensing or activation.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent the law expressly permits.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Software. The work you create with it is yours.

4. Updates

We may provide updates that improve or modify the Software. This Agreement applies to updates unless they are accompanied by separate terms.

5. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement or your entitlement lapses. On termination you must stop using the Software.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
