Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VIP Creative Studio, the web storefront, and the desktop application (together, the "Service"), provided by Vivid Innovative Productions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

3. License to use the software

Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application for the editors your plan unlocks. Use of the software is also subject to the End User License Agreement.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the files and projects you create with the Service. We do not claim ownership of your work. Where optional cloud features are enabled, you grant us the limited rights needed to store and sync your content to provide those features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent licensing, reverse engineer the software except as permitted by law, resell access, or use the Service to infringe others' rights or violate the law.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vivid Innovative Productions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
